The war in Sudan was unleashed on the 15th of April 2023, which made a lot of families flee their
houses and travel to other cities and countries to survive being under the fire of the war, this
project talks about my journey of displacement until refuge, I experienced the meaning of
immigration and moving along before when I lived half of my childhood in Qatar although I was
born in Sudan, and after my return to Sudan, but this time, I faced a new experience full of
internal displacement, Forced migration, and seeking refuge, using the archive
of my father, I tried to reflect the contrast between the two types of immigration I traveled between
memories and scenes of cities and I tried to find a home in, a status of stillness and hope for
another chance to find a place where I can call home.
